Grow Technician
Do you have a passion for plants and an eye for detail? We’re looking for a dedicated Grow Technician to join our cultivation team at our growhouse. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow (literally and professionally), we want to hear from you.
About the Role:
As a Grow Technician, you’ll be working directly with our cannabis plants throughout their life cycle—from propagation to harvest. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the health, quality, and consistency of our flower, helping us produce top-tier products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain plant health across all growth stages
- Perform daily tasks including watering, pruning, trellising, transplanting, and cleaning
- Monitor environmental conditions and report any issues to leadership
- Maintain accurate records for compliance and internal tracking
- Help with harvesting, drying, trimming, and curing processes
- Work as part of a team to meet cultivation goals and timelines

Requirements:
- Must be 21+ and eligible to work in [Insert State]
- Able to lift 40+ lbs, work on your feet, and perform repetitive tasks
- Willingness to work in varying environmental conditions (hot, humid, etc.)
- Prior cultivation or agricultural experience is helpful, but not required
