Pre/Post Processing Technician

We are seeking several individuals to join our team who are passionate, motivated, and ready to take on challenges daily.

Responsibilities

  • Record pertinent data and batch information on provided forms
  • Receive, inspect, and grind plant material during intake
  • Capture quality control (QC) photos and weights, measure moisture content of biomass, and upload to system prior to processing
  • Load extraction columns, bringing them into the for processing – upon completion, unload the spent portion and repeat until daily goals are met
  • Assist with weighing and labeling all finished product for storage in the vault
  • Assist Extraction Tech & Extraction Manager with daily departmental responsibilities
  • Execute SOPs as written and assigned
  • Provide BioTrack support while ensuring accurate entries of product, biomass, and conversions
  • Monitor product status and verify proper tracking of purchased, split, or toll-processed items according to work orders
  • Follow proper procedures to dispose of spent plant material and disposal of waste in accordance with SOPs
  • Adhere to best practices and SOPs for safe machine operation, chemical handling, and safe food handling
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Experience with automated and/or large-scale manufacturing a plus
  • Knowledge of BioTrack and manufacturing conversions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to understand and follow SOPs
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused disposition
  • Willingness and want to learn and grow in the industry
  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel/Gmail)
  • Valid NM driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to work variable shifts, including nights and weekends
